We offer free shipping on all ground deliveries within the continental United States. 
FREE SHIPPING: Expect delivery around 3-6 business days after shipment
Expedited shipping is available for an additional $6.99 surcharge.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expect delivery around 2-5 business days after shipment
**ALL ITEMS ARE TO SHIP WITHIN THE SPECIFIED PARAMETERS ONLY IF IN STOCK**

Shipping is available to Alaska and/or Hawaii for an additional $25 surcharge.

We can ship to PO boxes for items 10lbs or less.
We do not currently ship internationally.

Free Returns

30 days from purchase exchange and return policy do apply. 

To return your product, please email us at support@drinkingwellco.com, or go to our Contact Us page, specify your 4 digit order number, and we will reply with a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

To complete your return, authorization must be requested. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DEDUCT A 15% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ITEMS NOT RETURNED TO US IN THE CONDITION IT WAS SENT OUT. ALONG WITH CHARGING THE PREPAID RETURN LABEL, WHICH BOTH WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE REFUND WE ADMINSTER ONCE THE ITEM  IS RETURNED.
THIS INCLUDES, INSTALLED, MISSING, OR BROKEN ITEMS.  
THIS 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED UPON RECEIVING THE RETURNED ITEM.
If it is defective, then no 15% restocking fee or return shipping cost will be applied.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
***If you purchased shipping protection and you are looking for a full refund, we reserve the right to refund you everything except for shipping protection, as the customer opted-in and it clearly arrived to the destination without interference.***

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@drinkingwellco.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If this is a Body Glove item we can help you get a replacement direct from Water Inc.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@drinkingwellco.com and we will send you instructions on how to complete your exchange, 30 days from purchase exchange and return policy do apply.
